Where do you ship?  
We currently ship within the United States.

When will my order arrive?  
All items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping times (after production):  
• Standard: 3–4 business days  
• Express: 1–2 business days  
• Free Shipping (orders $150+): 3–4 business days  

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the time of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?  
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page linked in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?  
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns for incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days at strengthofname@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?  
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins, which typically happens shortly after purchase. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?  
Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For sizing or style changes, a new order is required.

Do you offer international shipping?  
Not yet, but we plan to expand to select countries in the future.

How are your products made?  
Every item is printed on demand using premium AS Colour garments and high-quality printing methods. This reduces waste and ensures each piece is made with intention.
