Returns & Exchanges

At Strength of Name™, each piece is made to order, created specifically for you once your order is placed.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted. We encourage customers to review size charts carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Lost Packages  
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue.

Order Cancellations  
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins, which typically occurs shortly after purchase. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
