At Strength of Name™, every piece is made to order, created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, change of mind, or other personal preferences. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us at strengthofname@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once the issue is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as appropriate. Eligible issues reported within 30 days of delivery will be reviewed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household, neighbors, and local shipping carrier first.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are sent into production shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
