Shipping policy

Order Processing
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it goes immediately into production. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on order volume and item type.

Shipping Timeframes
After production, your order will ship directly from our print partner’s facility. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. At times, we may offer free-shipping promotions or thresholds.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. Orders returned to sender due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Strength of Name™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, reach out to us and we will help however we can.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.
