At Strength of Name™, every piece is made to order. We work with a trusted production partner to create and ship your apparel specifically for you.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is placed, it is submitted for production. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the garment, order volume, and production schedules.

Shipping & Delivery Times

After production, your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner.

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days after production.

Most U.S. orders can be expected within approximately 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying U.S. orders during select promotions. Any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on production and fulfillment locations.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at strengthofname@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier first.

We’ll work with you to review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at strengthofname@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

Verified issues will be resolved through a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to supported destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free-shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only unless otherwise specified.
